Welcome, friends!

A lot of meaningful things are happening here.

Brooke Blazevich, owner and founder of Nanny Harmony, offers 15+ years of experience as a professional nanny and household manager in the Chicagoland area.

After completing her master’s degree in Health Promotion at the University of Iowa—all while nannying, personal training, teaching fitness classes, and working in leadership roles—it remained consistently true that helping to raise young children made her feel the most fulfilled.

fun facts:

Brooke’s stress-relievers are heavy weightlifting and long walks with her kids.

After experiencing the tremendous value of an agency’s support from the nanny side, she knew she had to find a way to build ties between nannies and families, and created Nanny Harmony.

While pioneering as a one-woman business in a city with numerous agencies, Brooke very thoughtfully-designed a unique process that zeroes in on the most important aspects of creating a successful, long term match.

As a mom herself, there is nothing more important to her than building trust and connecting on a personal level with nannies and families.

Bethany Rogers

Bethany Rogers joined the Nanny Harmony team in 2022, first as the Creative Assistant and soon after as a Placement Strategist. While completing both her BA and MA in the Chicago area, Bethany worked as a professional nanny/house manager for several wonderful families. In doing so, she developed a deep passion both for child development and for this industry. Her area of expertise is infant and toddler care, but she has loved getting to work with children of all ages!

Bethany cares deeply about relationship building and about ensuring that people feel valued and heard. This, combined with her love of creative endeavors and forming genuine partnerships, has prepared her to take on this dual role on the team. She considers it such a gift to be able to engage with nannies & families, deepen our ties to the Chicago community, and act as a warm & welcoming point of contact for Nanny Harmony.

fun facts:

Bethany is an avid long distance runner and has completed several marathons and half marathons. When she’s not working (or running), Bethany loves to frequent local coffee shops, play with her sweet dog Clementine, and be a vocal advocate in slow fashion spaces.
